"I am a flight attendant. My company provides my luggage which isn't Briggs and Riley. 6 yrs ago I purchase my Briggs and Riley rollerboard. High quality and a company that stands by their product with a great warranty. I changed my company backpack to the medium cargo Briggs. Great bag, high quality and can't be happier."

"I've been on the hunt for a professional and functional backpack for a long time. I even took to AI to help me find or design my own. I tried over 20 backpacks and reviewed them internally to figure out which one fit all my needs. From organization, ability to carry water bottle (other than a 20oz plastic one), comfort to wear for long work and travel days (especially for a big guy, most quality backpacks are not built for us), I own multiple BR luggage pieces and have always been impressed with the warranty and customer service. I sometimes have to carry alot of things and the medium fits it all perfectly. The only thing I changed is I cut off most of the zipper pulls and put silent ones on there. If you are on the fence, dont wait, you'll be so happy with your decision."

"I bought this bag for work and short trips of around one night. I really like the design and the number of storage compartments, which make it easy to organize my belongings. The bag is also comfortable to carry and has a good fit when worn as a backpack. Personally, I prefer not having a chest strap, so I’m happy that this bag doesn’t have one. I haven’t used it long enough to comment on its durability yet, but so far, I’m very satisfied with it."

The Best Backpack in the World
"I have a collection of old used backpacks of quality brands, that are all worn and torn and broken in some way, but I cannot seem to part with them. Until now. This Briggs & Riley backpack is of such supreme quality and functionality that I know I will never go back to any other old (or new) backpack. The quality of the materials and the craftmanship of the build are second to none. I honestly regret not getting this B&R backpack much sooner. I can literally say I have the best backpack in the world."

Medium bag that packs a ton.
"You would be surprised how much space this bag has . I love the quality and how durable the bag is . Also the zippers are buttery smooth to open and close . And the material feel extremely high quality . Definitely recommend to someone that needs medium storage or space . I had my switch 2, Bose, headphones , apron, vitamin case my iPad my kindle and little miscellaneous things that fit in the bag."

"This backpack is amazing. Very comfortable and traveling with the back is very easy with many pockets. I would make only one change to the water bottle area to make it fit a stainless bottle since I store mine on top vs its pocket. Great job overall."

My bag for life
"After reading tons of reviews, I decided to go with this bag for work and I’m glad I did. This bag has pockets for everything, laptop, drinks, folders, etc. I especially like how it maintains its shape and has a flat floor in the middle to put a computer charger or whatever really. Very easy to wear and doesn’t ever feel like it’s uncomfortable. Having a lifetime warranty was the deciding factor for me, I’m tired of spending money over and over and having to compromise something. Like most people, I think, I considered Tumi but for build quality, value, and warranty, nothing beats this bag. Probably look to upgrade my luggage at some point but this bag is it for me. Highly recommend!"
